Refund and Dispute Policy

At AG Consulting and Mediation Services LLC, we strive to provide high-quality services in online foreign language teaching, mediation for tourist accommodations, and tour guide services. We value our customers' satisfaction and have established the following refund and dispute policy to ensure a fair and transparent process.

1. Refund Policy

a. Online Foreign Language Teaching

I. Customers may request a full refund if they cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
II. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
III. If a session is missed without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
IV. In the event of technical issues or instructor unavailability, a reschedule will be offered or a refund will be provided upon request.

b. Mediation for Tourist Accommodations

I. Our mediation service fees are non-refundable once the accommodation booking has been confirmed.
II. If the accommodation provider fails to meet the agreed-upon conditions, we will assist in resolving the issue, but we do not guarantee refunds from third-party providers.

c. Tour Guide Services

I. Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour.
II. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.
III. If the tour is canceled by AG Consulting and Mediation Services LLC due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

2. Dispute Resolution

a. If a customer has an issue with any of our services, they must contact us within 7 days of the service date to file a dispute.
b. We will review the complaint and respond within 5 business days.
c. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may offer mediation or an alternative solution based on the specific case.
d. Any disputes regarding third-party services (e.g., accommodations) must be addressed directly with the service provider. However, we will assist in communication and negotiation where possible.
